I would like to suggest if possible that from a demo account can be converted to a paid version by just clicking a button, like there is a button in the portal that allows demo bot account to be converted into paid version. Currently there is no option for this in the portal, if i disconnect and reconnect to a non demo bot fb page the chatrace portal account is still in a demo plan. i expect it to be automatically converted into a paid version and upgrade option is available but it remains a demo bot plan,
