Limitation on number of channels(any two, wa only, all)
So that we can create our own plans before a user makes a payment, also unique links for these so that we can send the particular link to the user once payment is made

You can create your own plan and charge customers based on contacts, channels and number of admins.
if you do not want an account to access a channel, you can disable the channel for specific account.
